I think it is fairly hard to judge the quality of the executives unless you work for them, or sit in on the board meetings. CPU was bound to have problems digesting Computer City, and there is no new driver for computer buyers at the moment, so margins are getting squashed. But eventually there will be new must have technology- and it is fairly safe to assume (never absolutely safe though) that CPU will carry it.

CPU represents a super value play- and the analysts that ignore it today (in the press) could be accumulating it so they can tout it tomorrow. Eventually it will be "in fashion" again.
