Kevin, What this stock need from a technical standpoint is a pop up over 22.5 on a million shares with continued heavy volume on any follow through. I suspect the pop will come just prior to an announcement of a major contract. Maybe the Japanese government? It has been rumored but has not yet been announced. There should be strong support in the 20 area and I view this stock an extremely strong buy at any price under 21. I have buy orders myself set to go at 21. Watch for a break over the short term down trend line or a minor double bottom at 20 5/8. Wayde.
