I would assume that the low volume on KOB means that people are just waiting to get their rights converted now. All these recommendations should filter out to the investors and buying will start again. Think about this, more shares and same # of buyers or less, stock is going down! Don't need to be an oil man to figure this out, market sence!!Matey
