If anyone still cares about this company, it got a small mention in the Sunday Seattle Times. They wrote a piece on CEO salaries and there was a sidebar called "Highlights, Lowlights". Here is the WPEC sentence:

Best consulting deal: Robert Rubin, Western Power & Electric (Vancouver). He resigned as chairman in August but remained a consultant and kept his $150,000 salary.
