Just spent a week dancing with the best swing dancers in the world in New York and San Francisco, and I leave Thursday for Avalon on Santa Catalina Island for 4 more days of it.

I guess I am "Dancing while Rome burns!" The tech slump continues, and I see no rally in sight.

We know that the money continues to pour into the funds, so, eventually, the Fund Managers will decide that "tech is good", and start buying again.

What we need is a 4% bond rate! That would give us a 20,000 Dow.

Now that we have seen everyones present portfolio, I wonder what everyone would buy if they started from scratch now, in this market. I would still be split between Qualcomm and Cisco, if I were to buy today, with maybe some softy.
