From the S-3

The following table sets forth our capitalization at March 31, 1999 and as adjusted on that date to give effect to the sale of common stock offered by us at an assumed public offering price of $47.07 per share, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by us, and assuming that the underwriters' over-allotment option is not exercised.

Who is going to buy a few million shares at $47/share??? You can get them on the open market at 41 today! It seems that some people were betting on Yahoo! taking out CKFR at a premium. When all the insiders dumped shares and the secondary offering was announced, more than a few dumped their shares realizing that no one was taking them out.

Perhaps a couple of BIG announcements could drive the price back up?

-- Also noticed today that TP had 5 billers 'live' on their web site.
