J.O., The upmove in the DOW was caused by a rebound in the CYCLICALs/BASIC MATERIALs, so there's still some money rotation. Most of the CYCLICALs, on a short-term basis were oversold. The momentum in the HiTECHs and INTERNETs are losing steam but the cylical's momentum still has a more momentum left, but will also be on the decline. seeya
