The New York Times reported a few weeks ago that SUNW had increased its budget for Y2K, but the Times pointed out that you should not judge a company by the amount of money it spends in one quarter for the Y2K problem.

In my view, the point of the article is that a conservative company like SUNW will approach the Y2K problem in a slow and systematic way because they want to get it right.

Interesting what Charles says about UNIX though.
