The managers' will get their stock liquified and with their talents have an endless number of opportunities if they are in fact not retained by the acquiror. However, for the managers that aren't any good, they still get rich off the free stock they acquired and can go take a vacation. For GOD's sake. This is capitalism. Dead money needs to be redeployed to a better and more efficient use.

This BVF withdrawal is bothering me. One thing is for sure, BVF can't sit with dead money. They have to perform.
