I don't their growth has been a problem.

wsrn.com

Many of the companies in this industry are losing money but have greater price/revenue valuations. One issue has been that the management has guided analysts towards levels that are too high, and then have had trouble meeting them.

The second problem is that the acquisitions have produced a steady stream of shares that has flowed a bit too fast despite the tremendous increase in institutional holdings.

However, I am impressed that in the last acquistions, the price of the acquired company has been tied to their performance and it appears they have restricted the flow of stock that will hit the market from these acquisitions. This is almost a guarantee that they will be accretive.

In any case, if IFCI were to get a group with the clout of say Oppenheimer to recommend the stock, this one could run a long way.
