Hi Dave

I have not been able to verify that Seimens bought Oxford. It could be but will have to do more research. Fonar is installing a new milling machine which I believe brings them to three. Again I do not know the agreement Fonar has with Seimens on the settlement. My anticipation is that the settlement was done before the GE finding and the fact that Fonar agreed to settle. Fonars legal team had to know what their chances were in beating Seimens. The fact that they received $$ from Hitachi and Phillips would make one believe that they had available cash for the short term and could ride out the suits through the courts. Seimens settling and Fonar agreeing has to have some significance in my mind. How the magnets come into play at this point with the three companies is not clear. Again Dave, I can be all wet and totally out in left field. I do not mean to imply that Fonar has any deal with Seimens. I just happen to feel that the settlement has more to it than we know at this point, which is nothing.

If I get info, I will post. I will be continuing to check out all sources. Its difficult because the closed deals keep us in the dark totally, regarding the 3 settlements.

Best regards.
