Charles,

Very fair question. I should have made it clear that SWS, as my other short positions in RRRR and UNFY, are not classic BTT trades but follow my "new system", which keys off drops in RS as listed in the IBD. Stochastics are not used in this new system.

After 6 weeks of trading, I've closed 18 trades, 11 of which have been winners (6 of these were papertrades since Datek did not have the shares to short). There are 3 open positions. Returns including the open shorts are now up to 35% ($5k positions, holding a max of 5 positions at a time).

This is not enough, I feel, to warrant making the system known. These are high risk trades, and I also want to see how the system does in a stronger market. My suspicion is that these gains will easily disappear once the bulls return.

PS: SWS looks ripe for a turnaround...I agree.
