The fundamentals of NWK are excellent as seen from the current Yahoo Company profile. Market Cap: $223 mil. No. of shares outstanding: 21.5 mil No. of shares float: 16.3 mil BOOK VALUE: $11.23 CASH PER SHARE: $7.08 (COMPANY HAS $151.3 mil. in cash) Last 12 months revenues are approx. $263 mil. With this kind of fundamentals, this one should be easily worth 3Xrevenues at $780 mil. or roughly $31 per share. The company seems to have some some very good Voice/data over IP products that are the hottest in the current networking industry. They also have some good customers. Is this one of the undiscovered gems?. Activity on the board is very minimal. Can some one please shed some light. Thanks in advance. P.S. ALSO 80% owned by institutions and no insider activity
