Ugh.

At 0.5% for a wide variety of projects, many of which are advanced in development, it's worth the fight.

Question..... has *anyone* actually pinpointed the KDUS/Pfizer prior art? Many people say that they expect the claims to be withdrawn, but I still haven't found any reason that they should be.

BTW.... the rumor on the street, at least the one that reached at least one big underwriter, was that SIBI had asked for 5%. That would have made a few eyebrows go through the roof.
