WHen you get down to the facts it is just another case of big liberal gov't trying to put the spurs to big business ala health care,tobacco,INTC, and anything else that the US does well. The problem with interpreting this case as that kind of grand conspiracy is that one fails to understand what's actually happening. What is happening can have a significant effect on the company and its stock.
