RTev - agree with you completely. Just look what a "win" did for IBM. It kills the culture. MSFT will be like a beached whale, unable to defend itself, or pursue the prey. Sure, it'll take a long time to die, as there's a lot of fat, but the steady erosion will eventually spell it's demise. It will be nothing but a zombie. Alive and well, and living only in theory. My only hope is that Ballmer, who seems a sharp guy, understands the stakes, and is mindful of history. Morgan
