I think what everyone needs to realize is that it isn't going to take that much to get the cool website going. Everything is modularized, it's not like Clement Lau is going to be in the back room scanning CD or DVD covers into the database--that is why they are establishing all of these relationships. Management's job is simply to integrate everything into a linked whole and make sure the business makes money, etc... While Clement's resume, might pale in comparision to some of the old school CEOs, he has the experience necessary to do what needs to be done to make Cool successful. His team looks strong and very innovative. Who cares if he his young. Most of the older people around don't know anything about the web or, let alone, how to run a successful company. There is inherently more risk involved in BBs but that's the way it goes. Cool will be successful, and with continued success, the shareholders will be rewarded.
