I personally am not impressed. There are a number of presidents I have not, and do not like, but the Carter administration was a complete demonstration of ineptitude. The only thing he managed do do well was lose a bunch of helicopters in the desert. Except for Habitat for Humanity (which I applaud) he is practically a non-entity.
