What is the need, possibly the need could be to help offset increased power demands which are being experienced by the utility companies. Who knows, utility companies are sponsoring alot of initiatives to help companies etc. conserve or develop new ways of electrical production (i.e. wind powered etc.). The electrical demand is high. Utilities are fighting to keep consumption down so that they do not go over their max power consumption. When a utility goes over their maximum the costs for unit power amounts increase across the boards. In addition to this they are also looking for more economical and environmentally friendly methods for power production. Perhaps you may seem some high power consuming factory or something together with GLE and a utility do a JV to provide a SOFC power generator to help power a factory or something. This would reduce the utility companys electrical load and help decrease or delay the possibility of the utility to increase its electrical load from its suppliers and therefore aid in eliminating or at least delaying the possibility of a increase in the price a utility company pays its power supplier per unit of electricity. Im not saying I know something here, Im thinking out loud.
