GRANDEUR INC. CHANGES NAME TO DELSECUR
CORPORATION

(The following is a reformatted version of a press release issued by delSECUR Corp.) NEW NAME
OF GRANDEUR INC. IS delSECUR CORPORATION
Montreal, June 1, 1999 - In the first step of creating a global operating and administrative structure,
Grandeur, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to delSECUR CORPORATION.
Its shares will continue to trade on the NASD Bulletin Board, under its new symbol DLSC. The above
modification is effective as of May 31, 1999.

delSECUR is structuring its operations and marketing efforts to capitalize on the enormous potential
for applying the technology in the United States of America. Mr. Marc Descheneaux, Executive Vice
President, stated that "the process is following the enthusiasm and interest raised during the
numerous technical and marketing presentations that we have made to various U.S. Government
agencies and armed services during the last quarter."

delSECUR CORPORATION, through its wholly owned subsidiary delSECUR Inc., of Montreal
Canada, possesses the exclusive worldwide licensing rights for the del-ID technology which is a
unique analog finger imaging authentication process. Mr. Pierre de Lanauze, President and CEO of
delSECUR, said "the del-ID authentication system is the only anti-hacking solution for computers,
offering absolute privacy to users."

Mr. de Lanauze further stated, "We are dedicated to the worldwide implementation of the del-ID
