EVERYONE, I talked to Investor Relations of the company today. Kyle told me the following: 1. Approx. 31 million shares outstanding. 2. Approx. 22 million shares in the FLOAT. 3. Approx. 8 million shares RESTRICTED. 4. Approx. 6-8 million shares of the float are in the tight hands of long term investors that Kyle is aware of. So it looks like the float that is trading hands is approx. 15 million. Website is opening in about 2 weeks. Then they will be beta testing for about 2 weeks, so in about 5 weeks the website will be fully operational. The company is currently under audit for the years 1996, 1997, and 1998. Sounds like it will be awhile before the audit will be completed and financials will be released. The company is not currently profitable. The company does not plan to issue more shares at these levels. Kyle said maybe when the stock hits $1.00. That's what I found out, hope it was of some help. I bought in this morning, and am VERY glad I did. God Bless, Pask
