When I read this piece from Stratfor I couldn't stop myself from dreaming of a secret deal between Milosevic and Clinton to let Clinton "win" (they are not that far anyway) as long as KLA forces get wiped out...(which will greatly contribute to the overall peace in the region) and Clinton promising to convince the Europeans to pick up the tab of this mess, along with acceptance to European Union within a couple of years.
Throw in there convincing Milosevic to hold Free Elections (after Clinton is gone)would be the icing on the cake....Clinton defeats Milosevic and defends "ethnic cleansing" and "moral" values, freedom, democracy, tolerance, diversity, defender of children, fierce warrior who stood up to tyranny, blah blah blah......SNAP!
