Herc and Frank, I composed a rather long email yesterday and sent it to the addresses below. The email consisted mostly of excerpts from this thread and my own diatribe. Jay Blossman is the District One Commissioner of the Louisiana Public Service Commission. He's our (New Orleans') member. He won against John Schwegman(sp?) in the last election. Let's see if it does any good. I'll keep you posted.
