Benjamin and Mike
Why I do not like Charter
They operate like a nickle and dime operation
3 dollar late fee
4 dollar for set top box
missed appointments
do not answer phone
all this on top of $30 for basic cable
Most people in the area feel the same
but hey they are the only game in town

this being said the cable always works and the picture is clear
No Mike this is not going to get you to throw the computer away
