LIFEONE TARGETS INTERNET SECTOR FOR REVERSE MERGERS

North Bethesda, MD, June 2, 1999 -- LifeOne, Inc., (OTCBB: LONE), (the "Company"), announced today more details of its revised business plan (see March 18, 1999 company press release) focusing on the spin outs of new public companies from LifeOne subsidiary shells.

LifeOne is currently negotiating reverse mergers of three internet companies into LifeOne subsidiary shells. The ownership structure that would result from a reverse merger would give LifeOne ten percent of the new entity with 90 percent owned by the internet company's current owners. As the reverse merger is completed, the merged company would be spun out from LifeOne. Of LifeOne's ten percent share of the new public company, nine percent would remain with LifeOne and one percent would be conveyed directly to LifeOne shareholders in certificate form. The owners of the merged company would retain their 90 percent share.

These transactions will require approval of the Securities Exchange Commission and may also require court approval.
