I told you to report the Fortune 500 companies if this law violation bothers you. Additionally I told you to run along so to contribute something other than the clutter you are causing here. I want to read and post intelligently about NPEC (the above subject)... not to be deluged with your legal complaints. Go Away. Additionally public company DO NOT always deny with a "no comment" about pending activity. READ and COMPREHEND news releases, conference call announcements, trade halt announcements and so on before you speak around S.I. in the future.
