It is run by a scam artist

Controlling shareholder has been banned from perhaps the least regulated exchange in North America.

On-Line stock tout is a CRIM

Prices paid for the "assets" indicate a value far less than market value of equity.

KENS and ISRC, masters of the above market buy in operating in this stock.

A history of misleading press releases.
