**************NEWS RELEASE********

After just getting off the phone for twenty
minutes with Bernie Deutsch, I have been made aware of the following changes in management
that will occur in addition to John Hwang..

1). James Guild will also be leaving
2). Robert Newton will be gone
3). Most likely Kim Haber will follow as well

Though Guild's departure may come as a
disappointment to some. Guild's ideas, Bernie
said, were not consistent with the core direction
of the company.

Bernie felt it was necessary to establish the
core, and execute upon that core before going out
into too many directions.

Bernie stated, what is the point of building and
servicing other web sites if you can't get your
own built and serviced.

Bernie alluded to a new manager coming back to
St. Pete's from Los Angelos just to make sure
that the current sites are being operated.

He also said some other unexpected "surprises"
should be coming soon. Plus you may be pleasantly
surprised by some of the names of the new more
productive less expensive management team.
Bernie was insistent that forthcoming developments may make you wish you hadn't sold.

Bernie admitted to me that he enlisted certain individuals to participate on various threads to
help lower the price for his conversion and
covering his short position too.

However, Bernie said he was equally insistant
that he desired to go long as well short. He
said he just didn't expect some of you longs to
hold on so tight to your shares.

Thus, he stated that he is impressed with your
faith in the business and its business plan and
that is why he has been trying so hard to cause
enough dilution to get control of the company.

Bernie also admitted that it was he, not Gordon
who was laundering his registered shares.

Bernie said he was sorry if his actions have
caused some grief, but emphasized that "business is business" and this is what business men do.

Sincerely,

ztect
