Sam, Ron, Steven & all - my guess is that what I am going to say is intuitively obvious to some of you, but I am going to say it anyway. I do believe that constructive criticism is a good thing. And indeed, Sam aptly put it, "Shrill screaming at them won't serve much of a constructive purpose."
Interestingly, while there are likely to have many opposing factions in every group of people, some of my tibetan friends are actually against the boycott tactics and prefer dialectic engagement. That reminds me of a comical anecdote. The Dalai Lama was in town a few years ago to give a prep talk [all the local dignitaries were there.] At the end of the talk, the DL presented the State Senate President a kata [a long cotton scarf equivalent to a lei in Hawaii <g>,] stopped and turned to the audience, and quipped, "this is made in China!"
