AOL today lost a lawsuit in Brazil.
There is an ISP co in Brazil named AOL Brazil.com.
AOL sued for infringement of name patent.
The Brazilian court

ruled in favour of AOL Brazil and said they were entitled to the name AOL Brazil because they registered it first.

I am sure AOL is not going to loose any sleep over this. Also this is not why AOL went down today, IMO,
