Probart. Back on the thread. I note your post. "AOL Lawsuit in Brazil" . AOL today lost a lawsuit in Brazil. There is an ISP co in Brazil named AOL Brazil.com. AOL sued for infringement of name patent. The Brazilian court (:-) :-) ruled in favour of AOL Brazil and said they were entitled to the name AOL Brazil because they registered it first. I am sure AOL is not going to loose any sleep over this. Also this is not why AOL went down today, IMO, TA you said " Does anyone know the details of the court case that AOL lost today. Heard the tail end of it-----something about a South American company using the name www.AOL. The court said that the SA company registered the name first. TIA
