No problem here, Rob.

I agree with you that retailing the ASCOM shares would be less helpful than institutional ownership, but I agree with Brad the shares are very likely to go in a block.

I don't want them to go to a company that (a) one day may try to acquire IDX and/or (b) will use its ownership position to limit IDX's room to maneuver in the marketplace to maximize its cash flow. Both scenarios ultimately limit share price. To me, Microsoft is bad on both (a) and (b).
