Investor... ADCM is not involved in internet "gaming" per se... It's involved in para-mutual off track betting which I belive is perfectly legal in about 46 or 47 states... Shares fully diluted are approx: 22m (the last I heard)... Street rumours are that they will have approx: 25 race tracks on board by the end of the month... At present there are (I believe) 6... The revenue stream is just beginning as the site was not in full operation until the first of May...My understanding is that the subscriber base has increased by over 500% in the last month alone... I don't know the exact number, but I'm pretty sure we will hear about it in short order... ...ed
