This company (now PAYV) appears to be the real thing. It just got financing and its subsidiary has a real record deal generating an initial $250,000 (see Yahoo news articles). My due diligence is that the company is putting its financial information together in order to file with NASDAQ in the near future (appx 30 days) and has over $13mm in cash. The company plans to move from Vancouver to Los Angeles in the Fall to be closer to the entertainment industry and is actively building its library of films and pursuing other contacts, such as soccer clubs for transmission of sporting events on-line. As technology of transmission over the internet continues to improve and more consumers access the internet by cable, there will be much impetus for the use of this company's product. Since the company will be building its inventory in the interim, timing should be advantageous for marketing at a time when technology will make the product attractive. Management appears to be knowledgeable and responsive.
