Allegedly it is send to the lawyers - Looking at how much there has to be in the initial filing regarding legal matters, I'd say that it may take time - there are 2 or 3 acquisitions, and other possible legal actions the company have been involved in that will have to be presented. I have seen many initial filings being delayed to surprise of the company due to all those legal matters. Doesn't really matter stock won't move until it is out. Kr Jens
