Craig Did you consider the difference in the number of shares outstanding at the end of '95 & '96? Dale Showers' 388k shares represented 5.1% at the end of '95 and 4.1% at end '96. I didn't do any other math regarding this but I think it would show far fewer shares disposed. Richard
