GoodNoise Plans Name Change

GoodNoise Corp., a Redwood City, Calif.-based online music company,
Wednesday plans to change its name to EMusic.com Inc., an Internet
address the company acquired earlier this year. The company also said its
shares, formerly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board, would begin trading
Wednesday on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol EMUS.
GoodNoise allows online shoppers to purchase and download music in the
popular MP3 digital format
