As you BBers will be aware the merger/acquisition was accounted for as pooling of interests in the US and an acquisition in the UK. Today's results US style show negative revenue growth in the past quarter with a small positive eps. The UK presentation shows a near doubling of revenue for the past quarter and a sizeable eps loss. Interesting what you can do with figures. Interesting also that the words of the results announcement choose between both presentation types to present the very best picture. Regrettable that Gary made a weak statement (IMHO) about prospects.
