TO ALL,
This will be my last post on SI and RagingBull. I would like to make the following statement:
(1) I have never sold any shares of TSIG... nor do I intend to. My average price is in the high .30's. (2) I have never requested any individual to post on any thread that I had been accepted or was going to be voted in as a member of the BOD. In fact, I adamantly refused to post anything regarding a BOD meeting which was, according to Paul Henry, supposed to be held Friday morning if he could contact all the Board members... even though I was asked to do so by more than one party. (3) Late Friday morning (Pacific time) I was called by Paul Henry and advised of certain matters which made it, IMO, impossible for me to accept a seat on the BOD. I consider this to be inside information and cannot, have not and will not discuss it with any party. (4) I have not spoken with Bob Wright since Thursday, although certain shareholders can attest that they called me at home and I refused to discuss or confirm or deny anything being rumored until the Company had put out a PR. (5) I do not know of any relationship of Bob Wright (REW) or Rich Cantwell (Dixie777) with any clandestine activities regardless of any accusations by other parties. I have always believed that both of them were very positive and enthusiastic about TSIG... including Rich Cantwell who, as already has been posted, was released by TSIG for matters I do not feel is my right to discuss.
I have done my very best to do my due diligence on TSIG and share everything with the thread members. I have repeatedly advised people to do their own DD and have directed them to Sammie's DD site or told them to call the Company. If people wish to misinterpret my enthusiasm about TSIG as hype then they have overlooked the many criticisms and questions I raised in some of my posts. Perhaps, as is my style, they were not worded as overt bashing, but they were there for anyone who could read. In addition, I took many of my critiques directly to the company and to Rob Gordon directly which, IMO, was far better, IMO, than bashing my own investment. My efforts to help the Company were solely an attempt on my part to bring people and "deals" forward which, IMO, could help TSIG's future growth. I was not privy to and have never received inside information regarding TSIG until a week ago when it was necessary to have certain information in order to make a decision about the BOD seat. I have never traded or sold one share of TSIG... not do I intend to.
I was honored and humbled by so many thread members in this effort to place me, as an outside public shareholder, on the BOD as their representative. I sincerely thank those of you who supported me and also Bob Wright who took it upon himself to initiate and organize this grassroots movement. Unfortunately, with the information I gathered in doing my DD regarding having a seat on the BOD and the information I received from the Company on Friday morning, I decided I had no choice but to reject the offer. To repeat, I cannot and will not discuss at any time any of the particulars with any party other than a TSIG Director or corporate officer.
I still believe in the overall plan of TSIG and will remain a shareholder. But, I cannot and will not allow my name to be impugned by certain parties any longer... whether by direct statement or inference or innuendo. I will continue to attempt to help bring "deals" to TSIG, but will no longer subject myself to the "one week good guy... next week bad guy" scenario.
I wish all good fortune and can only suggest that your investment is better served, IMHO, by positive rather than negative activity. TSIG has its problems, but again, IMO, it is far from dead as some would like you to believe. Do your own DD and make your own decisions... and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
Best always,
Marty
P.S.: I will not be responding to any e-mails, PMs, etc.. I intend to devote more time now to my own family. |
