Tony amd did not release schedule dates for k7 but some analysts estimate it as end of 98. I have no information about k7 what so ever come to think of it there is no real information about p7 either. To my best knowledge amd did not anounce any clients yet if they did so they probably told you that in private. :-)) Please, stick to the facts and speculations. Talking of speculations -- you can actually tell me that merced-1000MHz is going to be out in 1998 and really believe it. Intel may not have 400mhz chip running in by the end of 98 let alone 1000Mhz chip. I have no expectations of tier one untill amd is in full production though because the capacity might not be there yet. I am very realistic about it. ps If any of tier one wouls sign amd right away then RayW's target would be well justified
