Here's the Rockwell delay announcement:

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 1997--Rockwell
Semiconductor Systems today announced a delay in the volume ramp of
selected versions of its recently introduced K56flex(tm) modem
chipsets. The only products affected are "client-side" modem
chipsets used in PC or standalone end-user modems. Volume deliveries
of these chipsets will be delayed by an estimated one to two weeks
while identified software enhancements that improve modem performance
in selected network configurations are implemented.

Rockwell reconfirmed that its software upgradeable "central site"
modem chipsets, employed in communications network equipment and
utilized by Internet service providers, remain on schedule with
production release targeted before the end of March.

"Extensive field tests by our lead customers identified certain
network configurations where performance improvements could be made,"
said Dwight Decker, president, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems. "This
brief delay will result in a more robust client-side product and
still not impact our overall schedule for end-to-end K56flex
deployment."
