Steve Swanson: I am having problems with my computers...so I am posting very little right now, but I will say that I know of NO CURRENT Short interest information. DecisionPoint.Com has some short interest charts, but the data when posted is two weeks old and stays up for a week. Two weeks old is not timely enough to trade. MMs/S short and cover regularly during the trading day, but I often look for "major" shorting at the top of major distribution areas for individual stocks. It is most often done to fill demand for stock at or near trading tops. It is not always easy to note their intent. Regards, LG
