KCMike, If your post angers some , it is because they do NOT understand the world of small OTC_BB companies. Time frames are often if not always vague. We investors are, of course, optimistic and usually become impatient if the company does not meet "our" deadline. ITKG is preparing for their future and IMO they are doing it in a proper and professional manner. When the Form 10 is actually filed, I believe it will be accurate and complete thus insuring it's acceptance by government agencies. I personally am willing to wait for accuracy and professional documents which will add to investor confidence and thus bolster our stock valuation. Your call to investor relations and their confirmation that the Form 10 is completed and ready for filing should be a good sign of things to follow. If an investor is "long" this stock, weeks or even months are near term and should not alarm that investment style. Day traders will come and go, but the long investor will reap the financial rewards of their selection with ITKG (IMO). So, Mike, this may not be the response your sought, but it is my view and I am liking June as a significant month for ITKG. Warm Regards, Chief
