Hmmm - not sure why you seemed to have taken my question so personally. CLFY moves up 12 points in a few days on very good volume and no news to my knowledge - wondering about a acquisition is perfectly reasonable, and certainly not pejorative. VNTV moves up 3 - 4 points, with knowledge that a new CEO going out and meeting customers, analysts, investors, etc. Very different situations. What's so predictable about that?
