Regarding Ken's favorite topic the "pp"
Think I figured how the poisin pill theory works.
Believe it was all a trap...
The "pp" in effect has a floor of 0.15 cents.. All Gordon has to do is
reprice his options up 0.05 cents at this time to prove he hadn't sold a
share.
The increasing float and dilution had to come from some place else. PP
conversion shares are restricted ie. marked. So to get the required
volume necessary of shares to cover the marked shares. Shares had to be
"laundered".
Thus if the dilution continues and the share price drops below 0.15 it
is also clear that the selling is from some one other than Gordon
.
Consequently we are at the "effective floor" and that is why the
escrowed shares are figured at 0.10 cents. Fiecking Genious !!!!
Feel free to post on SI, to Suzzanne....
Since this was a trap Gordon's equivocations were probably just that he
didn't want to tip his hand..
NOT FLOORLESS AFTER ALL !!!! Just kind of tricky....don't count on the
PP holder with his laundered conversion shares getting to keep
them.....Bet you Bernie may have already flown the coop....
