Art, <<I can't see any reason for the recent advance over the last couple days, other than optimisim over the patent suits.>> Well, there has also been some nice MP3 publicity, and MMC is coming. This could be money coming in that is anticipating a good Sept quarter and a great Dec quarter, with sales of MP3 strong, digital cameras even stronger, and MMC revenues beginning. Dec now less than 9 months away. Though there will be some rocky times twix now and then. All that said, you could be right. Settlement talks are probably hot and prickly right about now. A favorable settlement for SNDK will send the stock to all time highs, IMO (not all that far from here!). Another affirmation of their ability to protect their intellectual property. Sam
