Does any one on the thread agree that the Merrill fixed fee/unlimited trading plan is intriguing for the active trader? The fee schedule is a sliding scale starting at 1% of equities and .3% of cash, with a minimum of $1500. Assuming you trade 200 days a year, and average two trades a day (one round trip), and maintain no more than $150,000 in equities in your account, that would work out to $3.75 a trade.

Is there a catch here somewhere?
