Craig, I also spoke to Lee this morning. He was very straight with me. The Reg D should be completed soon. This will erase the "going concern" clause, although the auditor is not going to backtrack and restate this. Lee also explained that the auditor missed the revenue mistake the first time thru, but he did not blame the auditor in the least. Believe what you want on this. I am much more concerned with 10 million in financing than I am with 400,000.00 in past revenues (Lee also stated that ANCR did receive this money, although there was no profit associated with it). Does management have a credibility issue. YES. Have they done anything illegal that could cause a lawsuit. I do not think so. Do your own homework and invest at your own risk.
