Just because one is on the floor does not make it a buy. However the downside is pretty much in your favor. Lots of on line posters call these companies promising the world to run the stock. Some get paid and some don;t but it is the responsibility of each investor to at least do the following. 1. Check the insider trades 2. Read the last filing 3. Look at the hisotrical chart 4. Compare to Historical news releases Now this will help out when dealing with cellar dwellar because they got down to the floor for a reason ... What you have to do is find out why and then what are the chances or potential for recovery. You do not need a following nor be a follower if you will just take a few moments to do at least the 4 above. There are 16K stocks to choice from. :-) I have no following nor power ... I just try to use common sense. GB
