What's the lawyer for? Any twit worth his weight would know IPOs are generally maintained in type 1 accounts for 30 days and therefore are not in marginable/borrowable type 2 margin accounts. Your ignorance of the markets is unbelieveable for someone who's been able to amass a following of lemmings to trade as he directs.
