dabloc and ls, I think both of you raise some good points. LS, I don't understand your statement either about why this company was formed. Do you mean MRPS or the IR company? I have not problem with either one doing whatever to make a buck as long as it is legal. But I also agree with you that these five people should reveal how much of MRPS they own. I had assumed that it was perhaps a couple of hundred thousand shares between them, but if it is substantially more, the whole picture gets skewed--no question about that. The fact that they acquired these shares before does not excuse them on an ethical basis in my opinion, if they own a substantial number of trading shares. If these shares are restricted now by nature of their present relationship, then that changes things a little, but it would still be prudent for them to be up front about what they own period. BB's have enough trouble getting any respect, without any perceived backroom dealing going on; and keep in mind that perceptions make up a great deal of what goes on in stock investing in the first place, especially so with BB's. We want and need new investors in this company. We don't need a bunch of perceived "negatives". All that does is provide bait for naysayers and troublemakers which are aplenty on these threads.
